THE COUNCIL ON INTERDISCIPLINARY ADVANCEMENT WRITTEN CHARITABLE POLICY - Assistance for the Unemployed

Effective Date: December 22nd, 2025

Policy: It is the standing policy of The Council on Interdisciplinary Advancement (TCOIA) that all primary services, including but not limited to career mentoring, workforce transition assistance, and educational research, shall be provided to the general public, that is currently unemployed, free of charge.

1.       No Fees: No individual or organization shall be charged a fee for receiving assistance from TCOIA.

2.       Equal Access: Services are provided regardless of an individual’s ability to pay, as no payment is ever requested or accepted for core services, as well as regardless of business rank and/or tenure.

3.       Funding: The organization is supported by voluntary contributions and founder funding to ensure that financial barriers never prevent a person from receiving career and educational advancement support.
