Our members are a professionally-diverse body of individuals who have had many years of experience in their career paths and have obtained director-level or higher ranking with their current corporate employer, or are business owners with extensive experience and accomplishments in their professional lives. We welcome all who have excelled in their professional paths to apply for membership.

Criteria for Candidates
Applicants must be over 32 years of age. All applicants must be either citizens of the United States (native-born or naturalized), with permanent residency within the jurisdiction of the United States of America, or permanent residents, with current United States-based employment, with permanent residency within the jurisdiction of the United States of America.
Candidates must currently hold a position as any of the following:
Business owner of a United States-registered Limited Liability Corporation (LLC), S-Corporation (S-Corp), or/or C-Corporation (C-Corp)
Mid-level executive (director, VP, SVP, EVP) at a United States-registered LLC, S-Corp, and/or C-Corp
A medical physician at or beyond their third year of residency or in fellowship, or beyond
An academic adjunct or assistant professor at an accredited United States academic institution
A junior law partner (with American Bar Association Bar exam certification and certification to practice law in at least one US State), for at least 3 consecutive calendar years.
In order to be elected as a member of the CIA, to ensure high standards of membership, Applicants must be nominated by at least seven (7) individuals, comprised of at least one individual who is a current officer on The Executive Board, two (2) additional individuals who are current members (who may or may not be members of The Executive Board) of the CIA, and five (5) additional individuals comprised of any existing current members (who may or may not be on The Executive Board) of the CIA and/or external non-members of the candidates' choosing. The final submitted application for membership will be reviewed by The Executive Board and will require approval by way of unanimous approval of The Executive Board and a written statement of approval from the Executive Chairman.
