Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of the World Affairs Council of San Antonio, Armen leads the mission to promote global awareness and citizen diplomacy within the South Texas region. His leadership extends to significant civic roles, notably serving as President of the Rotary Club of San Antonio, where he oversees one of the city’s most influential service organizations and drives initiatives that foster local and international goodwill.

Armen’s career is deeply rooted in social impact, having spent over 15 years in various leadership capacities within the Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) network. His tenure includes serving as Chief Operations Officer and V.P. of External Communications for BBBS of South Texas, as well as an international appointment as Executive Director in Warsaw, Poland.
